Unsere K\u00f6chin Visi hat in mehreren Restaurants in ganz Andalusien gearbeitet. Sie liebt die Gerichte unserer Region. Sie ist eine Meisterin darin, regionale Gerichte zu kombinieren und ihnen ihre eigene moderne Note zu verleihen. Als Kind wollte sie Kunst studieren, wir halten sie f\u00fcr eine echte K\u00fcnstlerin!<\/p>

\u00a0Visis rechte Hand in der K\u00fcche hei\u00dft Damy. Er arbeitete in den Niederlanden als Koch und kam f\u00fcr einen Urlaub nach Periana. Er verliebte sich in unser Dorf und das Restaurant Cantueso, sodass die Entscheidung, in unserer K\u00fcche zu arbeiten, leicht fiel!<\/span><\/p>

Edu ist ein erfahrener Kellner, der alles \u00fcber die Gastronomie unserer Region wei\u00df. Er liebt gutes Essen und teilt seine Leidenschaft gerne mit unseren G\u00e4sten!<\/span><\/p>
