Nuestro chef Visi trabaj\u00f3 en varios restaurantes de toda Andaluc\u00eda. Le encantan los platos de nuestra regi\u00f3n. Es una maestra combinando platos regionales y d\u00e1ndoles su propio toque moderno. Desde ni\u00f1a quer\u00eda estudiar Arte, \u00a1la consideramos una verdadera artista!<\/p>

\u00a0La mano derecha de Visi en la cocina se llama Damy. Trabajaba como chef en Pa\u00edses Bajos y vino de vacaciones a Periana. Se enamor\u00f3 de nuestro pueblo y del restaurante Cantueso, as\u00ed que la decisi\u00f3n de venir a trabajar en nuestra cocina fue muy f\u00e1cil.<\/span><\/p>

Edu es un camarero experimentado que conoce a la perfecci\u00f3n la gastronom\u00eda de nuestra regi\u00f3n. Le encanta la buena comida y le encanta compartir su pasi\u00f3n con nuestros comensales.<\/span><\/p>
