Our chef Visi worked in several restaurants throughout Andalusia. She loves the dishes from our region. She is a master at combining regional dishes and gives them her own modern twist. As a child she wanted to study Art, we consider her a real artist!
Visi’s right hand in the kitchen is called Damy. He was working in a chef in the Netherlands and came for a holiday in Periana. He fell in love with our village and with Cantueso restaurant, so the decision to come and work in our kitchen was made easily!
Edu is an experienced waiter who knows everything about the gastronomy in our region. He loves good food and loves to share his passion with our guests!
